  • Paychecks can only be issued if time sheets are filled out completely (name, address, correct hours, supervisor’s signature and company name).

  • Take your time sheet on each assignment. You will need a new time sheet for each assignment and for each pay period. Never enter more than one pay period on one time sheet or enter more than one assignment on one time sheet.

  • Your supervisor must sign your time sheet after it is completely filled in and ready to be mailed to us. TIME SHEETS NEED A SIGNATURE TO BE PROCESSED. This verifies your hours are correct as recorded.

  • Time sheet distribution:
    • White copy (original) – mail promptly to Superior Staffing in the envelope provided.
    • Yellow copy – keep for yourself.
    • Pink copy – give to the person who signs your time sheet.

  • OVERTIME is paid only after completing 40 hours within one week. It is not computed daily and must be approved by your supervisor. You ARE NOT AUTHORIZED to work over 40 hours a week when working for more than one Superior Staffing client.
